Aviationtag Air France A380 F-HPJF
The Airbus A380 is a four-engine wide-bodied aircraft with two full-length passenger decks. At a capacity of up to 853 passengers, the low-wing aircraft is the largest ever mass-produced aircraft in history. It has a maximum range of 16,300 km and a cruising speed of some 940 km/h. The maximum take-off weight of this super jumbo is about 590 tons!
Delivered to Air France in 2011, this majestic aircraft served the French flag carrier for just nine short years before being retired in Spain in 2020. With the flight number AF380, the Airbus was transferred to Teruel on April 25, 2020 and initially parked there during the coronavirus crisis.
In 2023, the A380 was finally recycled and parts of it ended up with Aviationtag in Cologne for upcycling.
