Send via Couriers/New Zealand Post
Package usually deliver by ParcelPost Tracked of New Zealand Post, New Zealand Couriers or Fastway Couriers. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. Aircraft Models Limited reserve the right to indicate the carrier company.
Pick-up service will be available from our showroom at 5E, 2 Bishop Browne Place, Flat Bush, Auckland 2013 with prior arrangement. Please use our online contact form to leave your contact details (Name, E-mail, Mobile Number and Preferred pick-up time) before your purchase.
Send via New Zealand Post
1. Please DO leave us your contact phone number as this is often required by New Zealand Post.
2. You may choose to send via:
- International Air Mail "Without tracking"* - See Note Below.
- International Economy Courier with tracking - MOST PREFERRED.
- International Express Courier with tracking - Quickest and Premium Service.
*Note: International Air Mail is the cheapest way to send, HOWEVER, it tend to be much slower, cannot be track and is more likely to lost during delivery. We are not responsible for any delay or loss when delivery by this method.
The target delivery working days shown are based on the estimate of New Zealand Post, which varies by seasons especially Christmas period and unforeseen circumstances.
General Information for Overseas Customer:
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient may be subject to import taxes, customs fees and duties...etc, all these additional charges are borne by the recipient.
Since international postage is high, any return or refund is unavailable and unacceptable. All sale as it is and where it is, we are unable to cover any damage during shipping.
We do not have to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, please choose carefully. However, if the products are faulty, We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy (New Zealand customers ONLY). If the product was delivered incorrectly, i.e., not the goods ordered, it could be return to us and a replacement will be issued. If the product was delivered damaged, Customer must notify us with an e-mail within three days of receipt of the product. The notification includes the invoice number, your name, address, and brief description of the damage and/or relevant details.
