Aircraft Models Reward Points Program
Aircraft Models Reward Points program ("AMPoints") sponsored by Aircraft Models Ltd ("Aircraft Models") is designed to help you get the most out of your online shopping and membership. We reward you for doing the things you already do: shop on www.aircraftmodels.co.nz (the "Site"). Best of all, the Aircraft Models Reward Points you earn can be used to purchase products in your next order from the Site ("Reward Products"). AMPoints will be available on any valid order placed on Site after the 2nd January 2016.
The following AMPoints Rewards terms and conditions (these "Rewards Terms and Conditions") contain important information regarding the AMPoints program. Please read the following Rewards Terms and Conditions carefully. These Rewards Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Aircraft Models and will govern your participation in any and all AMPoints program offers. Participation in the AMPoints program constitutes your agreement to the Site Terms and Conditions, and the Site Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein.
Eligibility
To enroll in the AMPoints program, simply register for an Aircraft Models User account (www.aircraftmodels.co.nz). You must be an active member to our Site service available on the Site to participate in the AMPoints program (i.e. a "User"). Please note that instant checkout order is not eligible for AMPoints.
Being eligible for the AMPoints program entitles Users of the Site to take advantage of certain AMPoints program rewards that may change from time to time and, which may be made available for limited times, all as determined by Aircraft Models in its sole discretion. Participation in the AMPoints program and/or redemption of AMPoints is considered acceptance of these AMPoints Rewards Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein. Users of the Site may gain "AMPoints" which can be used to redeem on products available in the Shop ("Reward Product").
How do I get AMPoints?
Once you have registered in Aircraft Models new Site and placed valid order after the 2nd January 2016, you can begin to collect AMPoints in the following ways:
- Every time you purchase a product from our Site, you earn 1 Point for every $5 spent;
- Every 1 Point = 0.25 Aircraft Models Dollar Value to be use for products on Site in your next purchase;
- AMPoints will become available to User when the order in “Shipped” status;
- AMPoints will be canceled when the order is canceled and in “Canceled” status.
How do I check my AMPoints balance?
You can check your AMPoints balance in your account page under “My loyalty Points”.
How do I redeem my AMPoints balance?
Every AMPoints you earn in accordance with this Program are redeemable towards your next purchases of products solely on the Site, and you can redeem them in the checkout process.
To redeem your AMPoints,
- Log in to your account > Go to My Loyalty Points > Click on ” Transform my points into a Voucher” button.
- Add Products/items to your shopping cart > click the “Checkout” button (May ask you to sign in if you are not already signed in) > Under Checkout process under Step 1. Summary, you will see your available Loyalty reward under “Vouchers” box for discount. > Click on your Loyalty reward voucher and click “OK” > Continue through the checkout process, your Done!
AMPoints are available for redemption for the purchase of products on the Site. Members will not be able to redeem AMPoints for purchases unless purchasing a product. AMPoints are applied toward an orders or purchases, and the remainder of the order will be paid by chosen method of payment by Member. Members may not allocate the amount of AMPoints they wish to use for an order. By way of example, if a Member has a $100 order in her cart, and has 200 AMPoints, she may apply her AMPoints to the purchase and pay the remainder on her credit card. She may NOT choose to use 100 Points towards the purchase and pay the balance on her credit card.
What areAMPoints Worth?
AMPoints can only be redeemed on the Aircraft Models official Site page of the Site for Reward Products offered. AMPoints Rewards cannot be resold, and are otherwise non-transferrable. AMPoints have no cash value and may not be exchanged for monetary value.
Refunds & Returns
As stated in Aircraft Models Site Terms & Conditions, Aircraft Models do not have to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, please choose carefully. However, if the products are faulty, Aircraft Models will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Points earned via chosen method of payment transaction purchases on the Site will be rescinded in the event that such purchase is returned or cancelled.
AMPoints Minimums and Maximum
There is no Minimum or maximum points limit. You can start using you AMPoints on any new purchase. You cannot redeem Points for more than the total amount of your purchase. Points are not redeemable for cash.
AMPoints Expiration
AMPoints will expire ONE year from the date they were first earned. If a User does not redeem AMPoints within this time frame, that User forfeits all expired AMPoints. Users who are not active Subscribers cannot use AMPoints and forfeit any AMPoints they may have had when their membership lapsed or was discontinued.
Changes to the Aircraft Models Reward Points Program
Aircraft Models reserves its rights to change or modify the terms of the Aircraft Models Reward Points Program, including the amount of AMPoints provided for any User action, the time when accumulated AMPoints are applied to a Users' account, the Reward Products available to be obtained in exchange for AMPoints, the amount of AMPoints necessary to obtain a Reward product, and every other term, condition and aspect of the Aircraft Models Reward Points Program in its sole discretion at any time without notice, so it is important to check the Rewards Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Aircraft Models Reward Points Program after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Aircraft Models may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the AMPoints program, including the availability of any AMPoints program Reward, and/or any AMPoints program Reward at any time, without notice. If we terminate the AMPoints program, all AMPoints Rewards will be cancelled Thirty (30) calendar days after termination of the AMPoints Rewards Program is announced.
AMPoints Reward Tax Conditions
Aircraft Models Reward Points may be taxable, depending on the value of the item and local tax laws applicable to User. Users are solely responsible for reporting such items on their tax returns and paying any associated tax liability. Users may not assign or transfer any AMPoints. The Aircraft Models makes no warranty in any respect as to any AMPoints, Reward Products, merchandise or service available within the AMPoints program.
Release
By participating in the AMPoints program, Users release the Aircraft Models, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the AMPoints program and/or the use of any Reward Products.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend and hold Aircraft Models and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney's fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by User of any of these Aircraft Models Reward Points Program Terms and Conditions or any violation by User of applicable law.
Governing Law
The contract and its terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute under them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.
